GRAFITO™ CONCRETE  wet cast provides durable and esthetic paving stone manufacturing.

NEW WAY TO STAIN AND COLOUR THE WET CAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS

GRAFITO™ CONCRETE   wet cast production operations currently exist in Russia, Kazachstan, Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, India and Turkey along with Ukraine. The sale of this Technology and relevant trainings are carried out in Czech Republic now.

Companies interested in wet cast manufacturing paving stone and wall stone through this technology are required to go through a 3 day training in order to purchase the manufacturing license. The relatively simple production technique, utilizing unsophisticated machinery and equipment enables the participants to quickly set-up and start their business. The GRAFITO™ CONCRETE   technology can be established with a very low cost and yet it allows further expansion of the manufacturing operations without major additional funds or effort if desired. This also helps the investor to foresee the marketability of the products before additional investment.

GRAFITO™ CONCRETE  wet cast manufacturing requires a minimum of 50 square meter space and a 3 person manufacturing team. Thus, making it possible to produce up to 40 square meter of
GRAFITO™ CONCRETE   products per 8 hour shift. This production capacity can be easily increased to 80 square meters with the support of a new production line (adding 1 more vibration table and 1 concrete mixer). Furthermore, the capacity can be increased by 70 % with the existing equipment and a second shift by purchasing additional molds.
